I arrived in Big Sky in 1987 as a student and understood immediately what a special place I had found. I was determined to make Big Sky my home and I did! My deep appreciation for the outdoors is satisfied by the opportunities that living in this area provide.
My husband and I raised our three children here, knowing that a life lived in close connection to outdoor recreation coupled with an engaged community would provide a healthy foundation in their lives.
My enthusiasm for this beautiful place is shared with my clientele who quickly realize they want to be a part of this community. I find a way to make that happen!

Josh grew up in Southwest Montana and has lived in the Bozeman and Big Sky area since 1992. He has Montanan roots and has been leading real estate sales in the Big Sky and Bozeman area since 2016.
Josh’s background is in Finance and Economics and he has a keen insight into local trends, sales, and developments. He is a leading agent in off-market sales with deep knowledge and connection to the area. Alongside his real estate business, Josh has been a fly fishing guide in the area for over 10 years, with expert knowledge of Southwest Montana. When he’s not working, you can also find him skiing, rafting, kayaking, hiking, and enjoying everything that Montana has to offer. He has vast local experience and connection to Montana, but he also has a rare way of keeping the business of real estate human. Not only is he driven and highly professional, but he is also honest, loyal, and dedicated to building genuine relationships with the people he works with.
